Password not working?
The Stockroom does not accept your old Shopify password. Use the email address invited to the Stockroom and Shopify will send you a one-time code.
- Select Get a login code.
- Enter the exact email address used for your Stockroom invitation.
- Open the email from Shopify and enter the six-digit code.
If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that you entered the same email address that was invited to your company's Stockroom.
